The buffet is the main feature of the restaurant and the MAIN COURSE. Grab a plate and choose what ever you like from the buffet. You go up to the buffet and combine a choice of raw Meats (Beef, Chicken, Pork, Lamb, Venison, Crocodile, Ostrich) and/or a seafood (Calamari, Tuna, Mussels) or a protein (Tofu or Quorn) with a variety of vegetables. (Mushrooms, Noodles, Bean Sprouts, Pak Choi, Tomatoes, Pineapple, Cabbage and many more). Placing the chosen items on the plate, take your creation over to the row of “Upturned Shields” (woks), ask the chef to use oils, sauces and garnish of your choice and watch it being stir-fried right before your eyes. The idea is to experiment with your stir-fry. Therefore, you may go up to the buffet as often as you like, all for one set price. Rice is brought to your table to accompany your stir-fry.
