Temujin is a professional catering company using the stir-fry concept. We have two restaurants based in West Yorkshire and an outside catering facility.
Our outside catering facility has the ability to cater for garden parties, agricultural shows, music festivals, food shows and any other large or small outdoor events. Stir-fry is extremely flexible enabling us to do almost anything to suit anyone’s tastes and appetite sizes. We can supply more traditional meats like chicken and beef or for the more adventurous ostrich and kangaroo! A seafood stir fry including tiger prawns is also an option. Our chicken and lamb are halal which allows us to cater for a wide section of people. The vegetables used in our stir-fries are all fresh and hand cut. We choose from a vast selection including bean sprouts, peppers, carrots, pak choy, onions, mushrooms, butternut, cabbage, broccoli, mange tout and French beans to name a few. We are able to cater extensively for vegetarians if required using tofu and quorn. The stir-fry not only varies in product but in flavour from spicy to sweet to savoury. All stir-fries are served with either noodles or boiled rice or both.
We also have the ability to cater for you in the same way we do in the restaurant, where you make your own stir-fry and it is cooked right before your eyes. This method works well at food shows and private garden parties as it is totally unique and gives a serious WOW factor.
Our quality product is versatile, nutritious, amazingly tasty and great fun for all ages and events.

Char Sui or Thai Green Curry Chicken
A combination of 4 to 5 fresh vegetables and Chicken stir-fried in a beautiful blend of the above sauces. Slightly spicy and full of far eastern flavour.
Sweet Chilli & Basil Gammon
A combination of 4 to 5 fresh vegetables and gammon stir-fried in our home made blend of chilli and sweet & sour sauce enhanced with basil. Not overly hot but we can add more fresh chillies for those that want to blast their heads off!
Mild Oyster & Curry Kangaroo
A brilliant combination of sauces to bring out the great taste of Kangaroo. A very good meat and will surely be the talk of the town! Again stir-fried with a combination of 4 to 5 fresh vegetables
Black Bean & Garlic with Red Wine Beef
Full of garlic and brilliant with our diced fillet beef. More garlic can be added if needs be. A fantastic belly filler after a hard day or night at an event. |
